As many of you already know – Vodafone are closing down their email services. This means you need a new one.
There are several steps involved in ensuring you change your emails well. It’s like moving house, and there are things you need to do to ensure you don’t lose your old email, lose new emails, and also your contacts and any other data you stored on that account.
I have shifted several people to new email services and I usually find people want bit of a clean up at the same time. For example setting up a new gmail account (or using an existing one) and making it so that all of their email go there, and that their phones and tablets are setup to ‘sync’ those emails, contacts, and calendars.
If you want me to come and do this for you give me a call.

Vodafone will shut down between 200,000 and 250,000 email accounts after 30 November. Many of the people affected will be small businesses and sole traders — especially those who set up their accounts in the late 1990s or early 2000s.
If your email address is on this list, it will stop working after 30 November 2017:
So now is the time to set up a new email account, move all important messages and contacts, and update customers, suppliers and government agencies.
